2014 Systemax were engaged as the head contractor for the BMS replacement at CC1 a premium Gold Coast commercial building in the heart of Bundall. As head contractor we were responsible for all aspects of the project from controller replacement to liaison with other contractors, the consultant, tenants and the client.

The complex consists of eighteen levels of occupied tenant space. Conditioned air is supplied by central AHU plant to the space where the system is divided into four pressure controlled zones per floor. Chilled water plant extends to three main water cooled chiller sets and a low load water cooled chiller set. A basement car park is ventilated to maintain low CO levels.

After hours operation is managed via a Web based after-hours package providing tenants with the ability to book and control their individual after hour’s requirements. This package also provides the building owner operators with an automated means of managing after hours billing with secure emailed reports.

In addition to ongoing regular service and maintenance we provide system analysis and tuning through REAL services with a focus on energy efficiency and cost savings to operational budgets.
