Capalaba Central Shopping Centre

Capalaba Central Shopping Centre is a medium sized retail centre located on the outskirts of the Brisbane CBD with a mixture of major and speciality retail outlets.

2012 Systemax was engaged for a complete design and replacement of the incumbent Siemens BMS system with a new web-based Automated Logic BMS system. The works were successfully completed over a six-month period of progressive changeovers without tenant impact.

In addition to ongoing regular service and maintenance we provide system analysis and tuning through web based access with a focus on energy efficiency and cost savings to operational budgets.
