2007 Systemax replaced the existing control systems serving this twelve storey office building in Brisbane CDB. The building consists of a ground lobby, tenanted mezzanine and eleven floors of tenanted space. Central AHUs with chilled water provided by a single chiller set supply VAV with perimeter zone reheat. Ventilation is controlled to schedule occupancy and temperature dependent of space requirements.

A Web based after-hours package providing tenants with the ability to book and control their individual after hour’s requirements and the building owner operators with an automated means of managing after hours billing with secure emailed reports.

Systemax provides ongoing regular service, maintenance and remote client support.
