2009 construction project included Systemax subcontracted to the mechanical contractor for the building management and control system. Systemax maintained a close working relationship with all contractors to provide a successful outcome for the project on time and to budget.

Central zone chilled water AHUs supply conditioned air to zone VAV across 5 floors. Zone isolation damper control enables minimal plant operation in after hour’s mode by isolating unoccupied zones and limiting AHU operation to require zones only reducing demand on main chilled water plant. Tenant supplementary condenser water PAC units with local override control via smart temperature sensor are provided for tenant meeting rooms, communications rooms and the like controlled by the BMS.

Systemax provides ongoing regular service, maintenance and remote client support.
