2012 Systemax undertook a controls retrofit of the existing heritage listed office building and extended the BMS to include the new five floor commercial centre added to the site. Systemax overcame the inherent problems that arise from works associated with heritage listed premises to provide a state of the art facilities management package.

A central chilled water system provides cooling capacity to both new and old sections of the complex supplying fan coil units for individual office suites. The system provides local monitoring and control via smart temperature sensors allowing user adjustment of FCU fan speed and control setpoint. The smart sensor includes the space temperature visually from an integrated LCD display. Afterhours is initiated and interrupted via a pushbutton at the smart temperature sensor.

Systemax provides ongoing regular service, maintenance and remote client support.
