Brisbane City Hall

Systemax completed the BMS installation as part of the refurbishment works to Brisbane City Hall.

The BMS combines HVAC control and monitoring with extensive monitoring of electrical and hydraulic energy consumption. Integration of electrical usage in control functionality provides energy efficient operation of plant and equipment.

The BMS is integrated to facilities management software for scheduling of plant operation for public function rooms and auditoriums.

Energy efficiency strategies include local initiation of air conditioning to intermittently used spaces, field demand control of chilled water flow, close control of minimum outside air quantities, economy cycle control to limit chilled water energy usage and lighting control to available light levels.

Systemax provides ongoing service and maintenance.
